Pre-Damage

1. Some items come to our warehouse with problems before we clean them.  We will not process items with cuts, holes, etc that do not have written approval from customer either on paper or via sms or email. 

2. Items with no label -- we will not process unless there is written documented approval in email or in writing from customer that we will not be liable for any issues.

3. Expensive and unusual items -- we may choose not to process items we consider too expensive and beyond the scope of our cleaning methods.

Terms & Conditions:

1. We policies set forth by the International Fabricare Institute which are standard to all dry cleaners in Dubai

2. While striving to identify the best process to clean clothes, we cannot assume responsibility for all problems

3. The Laundry's liability for any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment

4. The Laundry won't be liable for any items not collected within 4 weeks. 

5. The Laundry will not process complaints that do not follow our complaints procedure outlined on our website.  

6. The Laundry is not responsible for the safekeeping of any valuables left in clothing

 

Complaint Process

We may choose not to process complaints that do not follow this procedure:

2.  They must include their name, address, email, invoice number, and invoice date plus details on clothes and brands

3.  Complaints must be filed within 7 days of delivery of clothes or customers forfeit their right to claims

4.  If the procedure is followed, the laundry will get back to customers within 7 business days with a decision regarding their complaint or claim

5.  Customers will receive this decision via letter or email that must be signed and returned to our salesperson or scanned and emailed to us.
